The Congress Proceedings will be published by Springer International Publishing AG and they will be indexed.
In addition, Chairs of IEA Technical Committees and organizers of Special Sessions may arrange with scientific journals to publish a Special Issue comprising extended versions of the Proceedings papers on a given topic. Such Special Issues will be arranged between these chairs or organizers and respective publishers.
