At IEA2021, Oral presentations (lectures, keynotes, panels and similar presentations) will be presented with support of Virtual Event Place (VEP). This will be in one of the following formats:
OPTION 1: A recorded Session with Virtual Event Place (Deadline: May 30th)
OPTION 2: A recording you prepared independently following VEP’s instructions (Deadline: May 30th)
(By pre-recording your presentation (option 1 or 2), you will be able to interact with attendees during your presentation through the Chat and Q&A functionality in Zoom.)
OPTION 3: A live presentation (no deadline). You will receive a Zoom Invite to your Live session. Arrive to the zoom room 20 minutes prior to the meeting start time. An orientation event will be scheduled closer to the time of the Congress.
IMPORTANT: The first step for all IEA2021 Lecture presenters is to indicate which of the three options you select for each of your presentations. This form MUST be submitted by April 30th. On Friday, April 23rd a link to the submission form was emailed to each presenter. The submission form link is also available to presenters by e-mailing .
- Each presenter is only responsible for completing and submitting their own presentation.
- Presenters should login to their Session 20 minutes prior to the start time on the day of their presentation, regardless of which of the 3 presentations options was selected.
